Acceptance of terms and conditions
The following TERMS AND CONDITIONS apply to all the users of healthlife.co.nz website and to all purchases of product (s) from healthlife.co.nz. Reference to "healthlife.co.nz ", "we" "us" or "our" in these terms and conditions is considered reference healthlife.co.nz as the legal entity operating the healthlife.co.nz.
The terms and conditions are the terms on which Health Life offers you access to the services of our website. By registering as a member with us, or purchasing products from us, you are accepting these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must refrain from using the services. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen years old.
All our prices stated in this website are New Zealand Dollar exclude GST based; it does not include the shipping cost as it will vary depending on the destination. We reserve the right to change any prices on our website at any time without notice.
Delivery fee at checkout is available for single order only; delivery fee is not accepted for additional orders.
We have the right to correct all errors and slips (clerical, computational or such) in any advertising, invoice or acknowledgement.
Payment methods and processing times
We currently accept 5 types of payment method which including Credit Card, Alipay, Weixin Pay, and Bank transfer.
Payments will not be processed until all applicable information has been received. If your payment is not received within 30mins that you receive your order confirmation, the system will automatically close the transaction. healthlife.co.nz also reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on www.healthlife.co.nz at any time without notification.
The delivery times provided by healthlife.co.nz are estimates only. Health Life will make every attempt to dispatch your item as soon as possible, however Health Life will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Healthlife.co.nz cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Healthlife will offer you an exchange or refund providing that:
- You return the item within 14 days of purchase within New Zealand & 30 days overseas.
- You produce your original purchase invoice or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item;
- The item must not have been used or damaged in any way including that It is in its original packaging including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories; It is unopened, unused and in its original saleable condition
- The product is not one on which a change of mind return is not available (see below).
- Refund will be in the form of online store credit.

Shoppers purchasing by credit card are transferred to the Payment Express website to transact. This is a secure credit card payment service. Our site neither collects nor stores your credit card details.
